1. Digital Service Delivery

TrackMyStrategy provides digital trading analytics services delivered entirely online through our web platform. Upon successful account creation and payment processing, you will receive immediate access to your selected subscription tier features.

2. Service Activation

Your subscription begins immediately upon:

  • Successful payment processing
  • Account verification completion
  • Access to your subscriber dashboard

For free trial subscriptions, service begins immediately upon account creation without payment required.

3. Service Availability

Our digital services are available 24/7 through our web platform. We provide:

  • Real-time trading strategy performance tracking
  • Historical data analysis and reporting
  • TradingView webhook integration
  • Portfolio analytics and metrics
  • Data export capabilities

4. Free Trial Period

Pro plan subscribers receive a 7-day free trial period during which:

  • Full access to Pro features is provided
  • No payment method is required to start the trial
  • You may use all Pro features without charge for 7 days
  • To continue using Pro features after trial expiration, you must manually upgrade and provide payment information
  • If no upgrade is made, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan

5. Digital Product Nature

TrackMyStrategy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing digital analytics tools. As a digital service:

  • No physical products are shipped
  • Services are delivered electronically
  • Access is provided through secure login credentials
  • Data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure

6. Billing and Payment

Subscription billing operates as follows:

  • Monthly Billing: Charged on the same date each month
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards via Stripe payment processing
  • Currency: All prices displayed and charged in USD

7. No Refund Policy

Important: Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided for any subscription payments
  • No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
  • No refunds for accounts cancelled mid-billing cycle
  • Free trial periods allow you to evaluate the service before commitment

This policy applies to all subscription tiers and is in accordance with digital goods regulations.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update pricing with 30 days advance notice
