1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, registering for, or using TrackMyStrategy (the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with TrackMyStrategy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND LIMITATIONS

2.1 What We Provide

TrackMyStrategy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• Trading strategy performance tracking and analytics
• Integration with TradingView webhook alerts
• Portfolio performance calculations and reporting
• Data visualization and export capabilities
• Subscription-based access to advanced features

2.2 What We Do NOT Provide

WE EXPLICITLY DO NOT PROVIDE:

• Financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals
• Guarantees of trading profitability or performance
• Brokerage services or trade execution
• Market analysis or trading strategies
• Tax, legal, or regulatory advice
• Real-time market data (we process your provided data only)

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
• Using strong passwords and enabling available security features

3.2 Data Accuracy and Input

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you input
• Our calculations are only as accurate as the data you provide
• We do not verify or validate your trading data
• Inaccurate data input may lead to incorrect performance metrics

3.3 Trading Decisions

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• All trading decisions are made solely by you
• You use our analytical tools at your own risk
• You have conducted your own research and due diligence
• You understand that trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You will not hold us liable for any trading losses

4. PROHIBITED USES AND CONDUCT

You may NOT use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary code
• To use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• To resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service
• To provide financial advice to others based on our analytics

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND NO-REFUND POLICY

5.1 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and subject to their terms
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
• You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges

5.2 NO-REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATIONS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Dissatisfaction with the Service
• Failure to use the Service
• Technical difficulties or downtime
• Changes in market conditions or trading performance
• Account termination or suspension
• Subscription downgrades or cancellations

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger refunds
• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Cancelled accounts may lose access to historical data

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6. TRADING DISCLAIMERS AND RISK WARNINGS

6.1 No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: TrackMyStrategy does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Our Service is for informational and analytical purposes only. We are not registered as an investment advisor, broker, or financial institution.

6.2 Trading Risks

WARNING: Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Trading strategies that were profitable may become unprofitable
• Our analytics cannot predict future market movements

6.3 Data Accuracy Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our calculations
• The reliability of data from third-party sources (including TradingView)
• The absence of errors, bugs, or system failures
• The availability or uptime of our Service

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by TrackMyStrategy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your trading data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide analytics and features.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party services, data, or integrations
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss do not create liability

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackMyStrategy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your trading activities or decisions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of the Service or our staff
• Any reason with 30 days' notice

10.3 Effect of Termination

• You lose access to the Service immediately upon termination
• Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
• No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts
• Sections relating to liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

13.1 Governing Law
